We started Eat Kanadiyan to bring the food we grew up with to Surrey — the kind of stuff you'd find at a family table in Ilocos or Manila, not watered down for anyone. Our Sisig is chopped pork face and belly, sizzled on a cast iron plate, and our Ilocos Empanada uses that signature orange rice flour shell you don't see everywhere. Come hungry, bring your crew.
